Terms of
Service
Booking, Deposit & Minimum Fee
A £300 minimum project fee applies (subject to enquiry at the Creator’s discretion). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking date. No work or shoot date is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment Terms & Late Fees
The remaining balance is due within 30 days of invoice date. A 5% late fee will be applied starting one month after the invoice due date. High-resolution, non-watermarked files will not be delivered until full payment has cleared. Prior to payment, only low-resolution watermarked previews will be provided.
Copyright & Ownership
The Creator retains full copyright of all content created. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose only. Raw/unedited files are not included as standard and may be supplied at the Creator’s discretion for an additional fee.
Revisions & Scope
All quotes include two (2) rounds of revisions. Minor adjustments may be accommodated at the Creator’s discretion. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Overtime
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a charge of 50% of the total project fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Overtime is charged at £50 per hour beyond the agreed shoot duration.
Travel
Travel within 25 miles of the Creator’s base location is included. Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at £0.45 per mile (UK standard HMRC rate). Train travel or other ticketed public transport must be covered by the Client.
